While there are many to choose from in and around the area we very often find ourselves going back to Casa Grande Restaurant in Concord. Casa Grande has three locations two in Concord and one in Salisbury. They are committed to providing authentic flavors of Mexico to everyone that comes into the restaurant.
The service at Casa Grande is always very good and prompt. You will not have to wait around very long once you sit and place your order. They are always very quick and accurate with your food order which says a lot for a sit down restaurant.
My favorite dish to have at Casa Grande is the Peluza Texanas. It has three different meats chicken, steak, and shrimp with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms on a bed of rice topped with queso. My wife's favorite and go to dish is the arroz con pollo, which consists of grilled chicken, on a bed of rice topped with queso. I have had other items on the menu but always keep going back to my stand by pictured below. If you are around Concord or Salisbury and are looking for good Mexican food stop in and find your own favorite dish.
Casa Grande has always been a restaurant that I seem to go to when I want Mexican food as well. I like how you explain the place and talk about what dish you prefer when you go there. I honestly like any dish that has the spicy green Verde sauce on it, that's my favorite.
