Located in Historic Downtown Concord sits a local legend in Ice Cream. I am talking about the Cabarrus Creamery anyone from Concord or the surrounding area knows about the ice cream. Many have been going to get ice cream from the Cabarrus Creamery since they were kids.
With a long history in the Concord area the Creamery has been a staple in the area for decades. They have kept their original recipes throughout the years and even through an ownership change back in 2003. The quality of the product has not diminished and the flavors taste the same as they did when I went there as a kid. If you go on a weekend be prepared to wait in line as a part of the experience is waiting in the lines that can stretch down the sidewalk.
